  • The Challenge

    A Brussels based trade association was preparing a webinar on Brazil REACH when the planned speaker had to withdraw at short notice. This left a gap in the programme shortly before the event.

    The association needed a replacement speaker who could quickly deliver a clear and credible overview of Brazil REACH. The session needed to be accessible to a life
sciences audience while also offering useful comparisons with EU REACH. Attendees included chemicals, pharmaceutical and related companies, many of whom were working across several regulatory regimes.

    ACRE stepped in to deliver a regulatory overview of Brazil REACH. We developed and presented a forty-minute webinar tailored to the audience, covering the key elements of Brazil REACH and its practical implications.

scope, implementation and enforcement, along with key strategic considerations.
Where helpful, comparisons with EU REACH were included to give companies context and highlight potential synergies.
