Avon Chemical Regulatory Enterprises Consultancy Ltd (ACRE Consultancy Ltd) was established in August 2020 by Dr Craig Kelly. Based in the beautiful New Forest National Park, in the Avon Valley, on the Hampshire/Dorset border in the UK.

ACRE is a consultancy founded on more than 25 years experience of chemical regulation and product stewardship. This includes involvement in EU REACH legislation since 2007.
ACRE Consultancy is the experienced partner you can rely on to help plan and manage your EU and GB REACH requirements, to keep your substances on the market and maintain your chemicals regulatory compliance.
Meet Craig
Founder of ACRE Consultancy
Craig established ACRE Consultancy in August 2020 following a successful track-record in REACH focussed regulatory consultancy. Craig previously worked as a product steward and REACH manager for INEOS Nitriles, as lead registrant for key portfolio chemicals and catalysts. This provided extensive real-world experience of navigating the REACH regulation and its related responsibilities.
Before REACH Craig worked in the regulatory department for BASF Biocides, in the UK having spent more than ten years of his early career in leading contract laboratories specialising in ecotoxicology.
There he progressed from bench to functional management which provided an ideal grounding to develop a regulatory career.
Craig is a graduate in Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, has a PhD in Pesticide Formulation Efficacy and completed a part-time MSC in Applied Toxicology.
